Overview
Artased was Setsen Khan of the Khalkha from 1817 to 1875. His fifty-eight years are the longest reign of any Setsen Khan; little else is recorded of it.

Rule and Achievements
- Held the hereditary title, confirmed by the Qing emperor, and ruled his own banner as its jasagh, the ruling prince
Legacy
He was succeeded by his son Tserendorj in 1875. His grandson Navaanneren was the last Setsen Khan.
