Huaining Shunhua Qaghan is the title the Song gave this ruler of the Ganzhou Uyghurs; his personal name is uncertain. The record is thin: the Chinese histories give little more than the embassies sent and the title received.

He succeeded Zhongshun Baode Qaghan in 1016.

- Kept up embassies and trade with the Song while the Tanguts and the Liao pressed on Ganzhou
