Overview
Sheikh Haydar, a grandson of Ahmad of the Great Horde through Shaykh Ahmad, ruled Astrakhan around 1538–1541. His son Dervish Ali was later the last khan of Astrakhan.

He took the throne after the first reign of Abd ar-Rahman.
Rule and Achievements
The record of his reign is thin, and its dates are uncertain.
Legacy
He was followed by Aq Kobek's second reign. His son Dervish Ali was enthroned by the Nogais in 1537–1539 and again by the Russians in 1554.
