Rise to Power

He had fled to the Tang in 639 after his cousin Ashina Buzhen attacked him.

Rule and Achievements

  • Ruled the Dulu tribes for the Tang from 657
  • Was ordered to join the Tang general Su Haizheng against Kucha in 662

Legacy

Buzhen told Su Haizheng that Mishe planned to rebel, and Su ambushed and killed him in 662. His death turned many western chiefs toward the Tibetan Empire.
