Overview
Irbis Ishbara Yabgu Qaghan was the Nushibi wing's qaghan in 640–641, during the struggle with the Dulu qaghan Yukuk Shad.
Rise to Power
He followed El Kulug Shad as the Nushibi candidate.
Rule and Achievements
The record of his reign is thin; the Tang histories give little more than his title and dates.
Legacy
In 642 the Nushibi and the Tang raised Irbis Seguy, who reunited the western tribes for a time.
