Overview
Yibo Qutlugh Bilge was recognised as Türgesh khagan by the Tang in 749. His short reign fell in the years when the Tang and the Abbasids met at the Battle of Talas in 751, near Türgesh lands.

Rule and Achievements
The record of his reign is thin; the sources give only his title and the year of his recognition.
Legacy
After him the Türgesh khagans lost ground to the Karluks, who had fought on the Abbasid side at Talas.
